【Intended use】 This product is used for the qualitative detection of methylenedioxymetha  mphetamine (MDMA) in human urine. MDMA is a hallucinogenic amphetamine-type central stimulant. After  taking MDMA, 65% was excreted in the form of methylenedioxymethamphetamine, and nearly 7% was excreted in the form of desmethylated methyleneamphetamine in the urine. Generally, it can be detected in the urine  within about 3 days after taking MDMA.  

【Testing principle】 This product adopts colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and  the principle of competition method to qualitatively detect MDMA in human  urine. The test area (T) and the quality control area (C) on the nitrocellulose  membrane were respectively coated with MDMA-BSA conjugate and goat  anti-chicken IgY, and the binding pad contained colloidal gold MDMA  antibody and colloidal gold chicken IgY antibody. During the detection, if  the MDMA concentration in the urine sample is less than 500ng/ml, the  colloidal gold MDMA antibody cannot be fully bound, the unconjugated  colloidal gold MDMA antibody binds to the MDMA-BSA conjugate in the  test area (T), and a red band appears in the test area (T). If the MDMA  concentration in the urine sample is higher than 500ng/ml, the colloidal gold  MDMA antibody is all bound and no red band appears in the test area (T).  Regardless of whether the sample contains MDMA, a red band will appear in  the quality control area (C). The red band in the quality control area (C) is  used to determine whether the sample is enough and the chromatography  process meets the normal standard, and it also serves as the internal control  standard of the reagent.
