【Intended use】 This product is used to qualitatively detect methamphetamine (MET) in  human urine. Methamphetamine(MET), is a psychotropic drug with a sympathomimetic  effect. After taking it, it will increase the excitement of the central nervous  system, produce abnormal euphoria, increase sensitivity, and feel energetic,  heartbeat and breathing speed up, prone to tolerance and dependence after  long-term or large-scale use. After taking it, about 40% will be directly  excreted in the form of the prototype methamphetamine.  

【Testing principle】 This product adopts colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and  the principle of competition method to qualitatively detect MET in human  urine. The test area (T) and the quality control area (C) on the nitrocellulose  membrane were respectively coated with MET-BSA conjugate and goat  anti-chicken IgY, and the binding pad contained colloidal gold MET  antibody and colloidal gold chicken IgY antibody. During the detection, if  the MET concentration in the urine sample is less than 1000ng/ml, the  colloidal gold MET antibody cannot be fully bound, the unconjugated  colloidal gold MET antibody binds to the MET-BSA conjugate in the test  area (T), and a red band appears in the test area (T). If the MET concentration  in the urine sample is higher than 1000ng/ml, the colloidal gold MET  antibody is all bound and no red band appears in the test area (T). Regardless  of whether the sample contains MET, a red band will appear in the quality  control area (C). The red band in the quality control area (C) is used to  determine whether the sample is enough and the chromatography process  meets the normal standard, and it also serves as the internal control standard  of the reagent.
