【Intended use】 This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of morphine (MOP) in  human urine. Morphine is an opioid alkaloid extracted from opium. It is a pure opioid  receptor agonist and has a strong analgesic effect. It is a narcotic analgesic in  medicine. Early in the use of these substances there will be euphoria, inability to concentrate, and symptoms of dreamlike phenomena. Excessive use can  cause acute intoxication and is highly susceptible to tolerance and addiction.  Morphine is mainly excreted by the kidneys in the form of urine, morphine  prototype accounts for 2%-12%, and most (60%-80%) are morphine-glucoside. Opioids (including opium, heroin, morphine, codeine) are mainly  metabolized by the liver after entering the body and rapidly deacylated into  6-monoacetylmorphine, which is further decomposed into morphine. 【Testing principle】 This product adopts colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and  the principle of competition method to qualitatively detect MOP in human  urine. The test area (T) and the quality control area (C) on the nitrocellulose  membrane were respectively coated with MOP-BSA conjugate and goat  anti-chicken IgY, and the binding pad contained colloidal gold MOP  antibody and colloidal gold chicken IgY antibody. During the detection, if  the MOP concentration in the urine sample is less than 300ng/ml, the  colloidal gold MOP antibody cannot be fully bound, the unconjugated  colloidal gold MOP antibody binds to the MOP-BSA conjugate in the test  area (T), and a red band appears in the test area (T). If the MOP concentration  in the urine sample is higher than 300ng/ml, the colloidal gold MOP  antibody is all bound and no red band appears in the test area (T). Regardless  of whether the sample contains MOP, a red band will appear in the quality  control area (C). The red band in the quality control area (C) is used to  determine whether the sample is enough and the chromatography process  meets the normal standard, and it also serves as the internal control standard  of the reagent.
